ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard for quality management systems and the ISO 9001:2015 certification covers our ability to maintain the system. This involves having a fully sufficient and professional system for handling our documentation, and we have established firm procedures to make sure our customers get the best service. The quality management system also includes having firm procedures for internal and external communication, education of employees, customer satisfaction and for handling deviations from the system. We undergo both external and internal audit and management evaluation to maintain, develop and improve the system.
ISO 14001:2015
ISO 14001:2015 is the international standard for an environmental management system. With the ISO 14001:2015 certification illustrates our ambitions and goals for protecting the environment in our everyday operations. We strive to be as efficient as possible to prevent unnecessary CO2 emissions and we only work with licensed waste handlers. The environmental management system also includes procedures for handling emergency situations both regarding safety and environment protection. We have established environmental protection procedures for the use of chemicals, CO2 emission reductions and the use of efficient fuel for both ships and trucks.
Insurance
We only work with ship owners who can document that they are fully P&I insured and we withhold full insurance ourselves.
Certificates regarding waste handling
We are fully certified by the authorities in regards to act as both brokers, conveyors and dealers of waste.
This makes us fully able to assist should you with transportation of hazardous waste across the borders of the European Union. We can assist you in both the application process, with the nomination procedure, transportation of the products and the handling.
The application process can be complicated and take quite a long time if it’s not handled correctly. Our team has a wealth of experience in handling this process and communicating with the authorities, and we will be happy to assist you in this process.
